Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward emails from one electronic mail account to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply choose the email account you want to forward messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
